The Harper is a transitional design that brought forward many new challenges as the clients wanted to build their dream home, keeping with the neighbourhood while also exhibiting their own unique style.

Our custom home builders at Ocean Breeze Homes constructed the Harper with love out of natural stone with some creative elements on the west elevation. It features a one of a kind mahogany bay window panel designs coupled with black aluminium windows to add a modern flare to a traditional neighbourhood.

As you enter the home, a stunning feature wall with a gas fireplace greets you. The modern interior design features a lovely open concept layout with European white oak flooring, high ceilings, and heated flooring keeping in line with the interior design trends that both, functional and appealing to the eye. The large windows & skylight provide an abundance of natural light to maximize on the illumination of mother nature.
